Day 1
Archer.
Day 2
Lancer kills Shirō, Archer gives back his pendant to Rin.
Saber hits Archer but not TOO seriously
Berserker encounter, Shirō gets hit, but Archer saves Saber at the same time and Shirō gets out in a better shape than Fate.
Day 3 (UBW + HF)
Day = normal. Rin attacks Shirō with Gandr, but Rider & Shinji stacking up prana interrupt. Go to town instead of forest
Shirō & team are after Rider & Shinji in the streets, Zōken barges in - without the fake Caster shadow. Burning up one Book from Shinji.
Day 4 (Fate)
Day = normal. Shinji wants revenge, lures Saber to skyscraper
Skyscraper battle, Saber doesn't use Exca full power and doesn't run out of prana, and Rider survives... Shinji too.
(Fate day [???] replaces the death of Assassin & Kuzuki by True Assassin and of Caster by Saber in HF)
Day 5 (UBW)
Day = normal. Shirō meets Ilya, random shtuff, resting day
Shirō lured into Ryuudōji by Caster, Archer saves him ; meanwhile...
Saber vs Assassin : cf anime / UBW, Assassin misses and gives up as he is heavily wounded, Saber goes, Assassin finished by the Shadow, TA comes out
(UBW day [???] replaces Lancer's death in HF)
Day 6 (UBW)
Day = normal. Shirō meets Ilya who dances for him (HF), resting day for everyone
Rin suspects Kuzuki, ambush when nearing the Ryuudōji (beginning of the evening, like, before 8~9PM), Shirō Traces K&B
Caster threatens Rin during the fight, Saber Rule Broken - taken by Caster
Archer was supposed to watch over the fight, but noticed the Rule Breaker's ability
Shirō rests, Rin and Archer go to free Saber later in the evening, then Archer's betrayal. Shirō saves Rin, talk in the grass, very little to no fluff between them. Pendant thing.
Lancer tags along late at night (like, 2~3AM), Archer vs Lancer
Saber contract with Rin

Day 7 (UBW)
(immediately following the above, same night, early morning)
Caster & Kuzuki killed by Archer, Shadow eats Caster's remnants the same way as in HF (Archer without a contract : early morning of the first day, all-nighter for everyone, Shirō still weak from saving Rin from Kuzuki)
Archer takes Rin hostage - not in Einsbern castle, just Einsbern forest (like, the shack), not spending 8 hours to go to the castle and back...
Lancer tags along with Shirō & Saber. Bit of rest for everyone. Not a normal day.
Lancer frees Rin, Kirei & Gilgamesh come in, Gilgamesh vs Lancer, Lancer dies the UBW!Berserker way
Shirō vs Archer, in the forest. Ilya doesn't barge in since Shirō asks her not to.
ends with Gilgamesh back from his Lancer fight, Fate-anime speech to Saber (Archer without a contract : end of day 1, everyone has been resting in the morning after the whole night without sleep)
Gilgamesh doesn't really care for the Grail to begin with, so doesn't kill Ilya & Bers' and doesn't kidnap Shinji
Gilgamesh wants to wait for Saber, foreshadowing of their final fight

Day 8 (Fate+HF)
morning. Archer still not Rin's Servant but somehow sticks around
Shadow business : "there's still a Servant at the Ryuudōji"
Day = fairly normal enough. By now, they're all skipping school and Taiga's out.
Afternoon~evening, Rin goes on UBW with Shirō because of Gil, arm-glow thing Réalta Nua version, Saber will be taking care of the Shadow
early evening, Bridge fight Shirō-Rin-Saber & Gilgamesh
vs Gil : starts as UBW final, short UBW
Since Saber is here, Gil takes out Ea before Shirō closes in and friggin splits UBW apart, saved by Avalon, foreshadowing of Black Saber fight end. Gil just decides to walk off, also asking/warning Shirō & co about the Shadow.
late night, True Assassin & Shadow pop in at Ryuudōji, Saber visits Ryuudōji, Shirō will wait away since he's resting from Gil - though Avalon helped healing already
Saber eaten, short Rider vs True Assassin (Archer without a contract : end of day 2)

Day 9 (HF)
Shirō resting, but Shinji takes Sakura
Sakura & Rider business : no more Book for Shinji, Sakura = worms, Kirei "Sakura could've been saved 11 years ago"
(evening) Archer gives his final HF speech to Shirō ("no future if you reject everything you have been up to now") (Archer without a contract : end of day 3)
Shirō speaks with Ilya "Shirō isn't a Master", rain scene between Shirō & Sakura, Shirō opposing Rin, Sakura opposing Rin, but couldn't Zōken be gotten rid of, etc.
(complete HF day 8)
Day 10 (HF + UBW End)
(very early morning) seek Ilya, but Berserker gets eaten and Archer is critically hit
Rin sees Archer : UBW last scene, not end (very end of his time limit without a contract, morning of day 4)

Sakura realizes she is the Shadow but she is the one to run away.
Day 12 (HF)
Rin & Shirō discuss the Sakura problem, Zōken invites Shirō

Day 13 (HF)
Shinji dies, Dark Sakura takes Ilya away, Kirei tags along

CHARACTER-SPECIFIC EVENTS
Rider : battle vs Saber UBW + HF street, skyscraper, loses but survives a watered-down Excalibur. Saves Shirō from True Assassin, Shinji takes Sakura hostage, Rider breaks free from Shinji. Sides with Shirō and defends him against Dark Sakura, battle vs Black Saber. Ends as in HF True End.
Lancer : kills Shirō once, faces Archer at the Church, frees Rin from Archer, Fate death - dies against Gilgamesh the UBW!Berserker way.
Archer : hit but less seriously by Saber, saves Saber & Shirō at the graveyard, saves Shirō from Caster's lure, sees Rule Breaker break off Saber when he was supposed to save them, betrays Rin, faces Lancer, kills Caster & Kuzuki, takes Rin hostage, fights Shirō and gives up, takes hit from Gilgamesh but doesn't look like he'll die like he does in UBW, attends to his wound for a moment without a Master, advises Shirō on Sakura's case, critically hit by the Shadow when Berserker is eaten, gives his arm to Shirō, final UBW speach to Rin.
Saber : hit by Berserker but less badly as Archer kicks in, Rider fight, Excalibur but not fully powered (Rider survives and Saber isn't exhausted), fights against Assassin when Shirō is lured by Caster, ambush on Kuzuki gets her a Rule Breaker hit, contract with Rin, witnesses Shirō vs Archer, listens to Gilgamesh's rant, fight near the bridge against Gil and sees Avalon, True Assassin pops in, Saber eaten by the Shadow, backs up the Shadow in the forest, backs up Sakura after Shinji's death, fights Rider, finished by Shirō - but recovers Avalon. Back as Saber, stops a little to heal with Avalon. Ends against Gilgamesh, then Fate end.
Assassin : vs Saber fight when Caster lures Shirō (not as long as in the anime, but same type as the SECOND fight in the anime), messes up his Tsubame but doesn't die immediately, is finished off by the Shadow while he is resting.
Gilgamesh : Spotted hanging around town like in the prologue. Comes in with Kirei while Rin is hostage. Fights Lancer, kills him the UBW!Berserker way. GoBs Archer, gives his fate / anime speech to Saber, walks off. Doesn't care about Ilya, Shinji and the Grail. Fights Saber near the bridge, cancelled by Avalon, walks off again ; also wants to kick the Shadow's ass. Speaks with Kirei about the Shadow, attacks Sakura but realizes that she won't die, Sakura escapes without eating him. Ends up in the cave at the same time as everyone else, has witnessed Shirō save Sakura from AM, final fight vs Saber Fate version ("your country killed you - you killed your country" face kick) in front of the full corrupted Grail.
Caster : lures Shirō into Ryuudōji, fights Archer, helps Kuzuki during ambush, threatens Rin, Rule Breaks Saber and takes her, Rule Breaks Archer, killed by Archer with Kuzuki in the Church
Berserker : attack on Saber & Shirō, kicked out by Archer, fight Black Saber, eaten, Black Berserker finish
True Assassin : summoned from Assassin, lures Saber into getting eaten by the Shadow, invites Shirō to speak with Zōken, fights Kirei, dies near the Grail the HF way. Discarding the way how he assimilates part of Lancer's personnality after killing him, since he doesn't kill him here.
Shadow / Dark Sakura : first appears to eat Assassin, eats Caster's remnants, eats people, lures and eats Saber at Ryuudōji, sakura kidnapped by Shinji, Sakura exposed, runs away, rain scene with Shirō, eats Berserker with Black Saber, Shadow does critical hit on Archer, Sakura escapes Gilgamesh and understands she's the Shadow, Shinji dies the HF way, Sakura turns mad, gets Ilya and tries to eat Shirō. Nine Bullet Revolver, meets Kirei about Angra Mainyu. Dark Sakura vs Rin, Shirō Rule Breaks Sakura out of Angra Mainyu. HF True End.
Shinji : attacks Shirō, chased in town, loses book to Zōken instead, day 3 as in HF, lure Saber to the skyscraper, escapes as Rider loses but they survive. By day 7~9, gets pissed that Sakura skips school with Shirō ; takes Sakura hostage, loses Rider to Sakura as well as his second book, dies the HF way.
Shirō : summons Saber, hit by Berserker but saved by Archer, preventing Shinji from making victims, vs Shinji at school & skyscraper. Lured into Ryuudōji (i.e. UBW version replaces HF killing Caster), saved by Archer. Meeting Ilya & Kirei every now and then, Kuzuki ambush, Traces K&B, loses Saber to Caster, faints, saves Rin from Caster & Kuzuki, mentions pendant (no fluff), save Saber from Caster, Archer threat, vs Archer ("I won't lose to myself"... But easy on saving people, to still adapt HF version), learns UBW with Rin, faces Gilgamesh with UBW - split apart by Ea but saved by Saber + Avalon. Lured into Ryuudōji by the Shadow ("there's still a Servant there"), loses Saber to the Shadow. Shinji threatens Sakura and Shirō comes, learns about Sakura's state from Kirei, wants to save Sakura, talks with Ilya, with Archer, with Sakura, asks Kirei about Angra Mainyu ("you had to know since you were there 10 years ago"). Seeks Ilya's help, but meets the Shadow - loses an arm, Artificial Phantasm. Sakura turns Dark and takes Ilya, Rider tags with Shirō. Shirō asks Kirei to help save Ilya, Nine Bullet Revolver. Tracing Zelretch, Rider vs Black Saber fight, kicks in with Rho Aias, Rider KO Saber up, Shirō finishes with K&B, Azoth stab but not lethal... Avalon kicks in at the same moment. Saber recovers. Shirō goes for Sakura, Rule Breaker. Kirei & Gilgamesh, Saber vs Gil Fate final fight, Shirō vs blackened Kirei. HF True End.
Rin : Archer vs Lancer, saves Shirō, have him meet Kirei, Berserker attack. Shirō Gandr, Rider interrupts, Rin teaches Shirō stuff, misses Rider skyscraper, meet Zōken, sends Archer when Shirō is lured by Caster, Kuzuki ambush, threatened by Caster and Saber RB'ed, tries to save Saber with Archer but Archer betrays her, saved by Shirō, talk, tilts at mention of pendant. Contract with Saber, hostage from Archer, rescued by Lancer, sees Gil, teach Shirō about UBW, arm-glow from RN. May or may not be here for Gil fight in UBW. Shadow business, Rin needs to kill Sakura, Shirō opposes, Sakura runs, Rin comes again and as Sakura opposes, Rin wonders if she couldn't be saved from Zōken. Loses Archer to the Shadow, UBW final speech. Starts thinking about Zelretch. Dark Sakura business, Tracing Zelretch, Rin vs Dark Sakura, HF True End.
Zōken : Exact same as in HF.
Kirei : Exact same as in HF, along with sending Lancer give a hand against Caster, then having Gil get rid of Lancer.
Ilya : comes across Shirō before summoning, attacks with Berserker but pushed back by Archer, meets Shirō in daytime a couple of times, speaks with Shirō during the first Sakura crisis ("you're not a Master anymore" "I'll be your ally no matter what"), losing Berserker to the Shadow, taken away by Dark Sakura (calls Shirō her brother), Nine Bullet Revolver - Black Berserker, helps about Zelretch, HF True End.
Saber gets Rule Broken, recontract with Rin, gets eaten by the Shadow, faces Rider & Shirō, recovers Avalon, faces Gilgamesh.
Archer saves people, betrays Rin, tries to kill Shirō, comes back to the Light Side, without a contract, deadly hit by the Shadow, gives his arm to Shirō and dies.
What must make Sakura realize she is the Shadow ? She must be attacked as Sakura... Gil has to survive. Archer could attack her ? No, not as Sakura. Should I make Gil realize a bit faster that she won't die from GoB ? And he escapes when Sakura throws around her shadow wildly ?
